Building on MAI’s vision to enhance the country’s artistic infrastructure, the Creative Forum, stands as a dynamic
platform for artistic expression. The forum brings together creatives for engaging dialogue, inspiration, knowledge
sharing, and potential collaborations.
The 2024 edition of the forum, themed “Media & Technology,” featured prominent local and international speakers, delving into pivotal topics that benefit Saudi and global artists, influencing their work in the modern era.
Hwadi Company Ltd. was commissioned by the client to organize event which was held in Hena Center on the 1st and 2nd of November, 2024. It feature a main forum area, secondary forum area, tips and trick area, networking area and interactive art and technology activations.
We handled all creative aspects of the project, in both the proposal and live phases, in our capacity as Executive Creative Directors in the executing agency at that time. We were in charge of developing the theme, reflecting it on the 3D designs of all zones of the event, content development for all activations, screen content, venue branding, visitor experience and documentation.
