The Saudi Ministry of Media hosted the inaugural Impact Makers Forum “ImpaQ” on the 17th and 18th of December 2024 in Riyadh. The forum brought together a global community of influencers, industry experts, and digital content creators from diverse fields, making it the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s largest gathering of its kind.
Aimed at redefining the concept of influence, enriching social values, and fostering the exchange of diverse experiences and knowledge, the forum showcased both local and international talent. More than 300 influencers from around the world attended, highlighting the diversity and power of influence across various sectors. With over 40 programs and activities, the forum empowered influencers, expanded their perspectives, and facilitated collaboration across related fields.
Hwadi Company Ltd. was commissioned by the client to organize event which was held in Mayadeen, Diriyah. Operating for 12 hours each day, the forum span seven experiential zones, creating a dynamic, forward-looking environment. Occupying 23,000 square meters, the venue hosted both local and international guests and fostered numerous partnerships with government entities and private sector organizations.
We handled all creative aspects of the project, in both the proposal and live phases, in our capacity as Executive Creative Directors in the executing agency at that time. We were in charge of developing the theme, reflecting it on the 3D designs of all zones of the event, content development for all activations, screen content, venue branding, visitor experience and documentation.
