The tenth edition of Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) was held at Oxygen Park, a 130,000-square-metre park located in Qatar Foundation, offering an impressive venue, layout and format to QIFF visitors. The festival started on 20 March 2019 and ran for 11 days, celebrating foods & cultures of the world.
To mark the special edition, QIFF hosted 37 international and local celebrity chefs to enthrall audiences with their culinary brilliance including Masharu Morimoto, Manal Al Alem, Eric Lanlard, Goila Saranch, Richard Sandoval and Jameela Al Lenqawi. Alongside the main festival, QIFF offered monthlong side activities including exclusive Chef’s Table sessions and cooking masterclasses with international chefs, nutrition workshops for school children, and exclusive QIFF Menu listing discounted meals at over 90 popular eateries across the country.
Agence Publics Qatar was commissioned by the client to organize the event which included more than 150 food stalls within 3 distinct zones, roaming entertainment, vibrant shows and cultural events and a farm-to-market experience.
Creative direction of the project, in both the proposal and live phases including venue design, visual identity development, content development for activations, venue branding and visitor experience.
